Never two competitors
No two people from the same trade and market in one group. It is the only way owners talk honestly about pricing, margins, the customer who is killing them and the staff member who is not working out.
Group coaching · In person in Sydney or online
Running a business is a lonely job disguised as a busy one. You are surrounded by people all day and there is still nobody to ask. This is eight owners working on each other’s actual problems. Not networking. Not a seminar.

Why a group
Your staff cannot help: you are the one meant to have the answers. Your partner has heard it all before. Your accountant sees you at tax time and looks backwards. Your friends are supportive, which is not the same as useful.
So most owners make the big calls alone, at 11pm, on gut feel, and live with the result for two years.
Put that decision in front of seven other owners, and problems that have circled your head for six months often get resolved in twenty minutes, because someone in the group has already lived through it.
In person, same day and time every fortnight, in a room together.
By video call, for owners outside Sydney or anywhere in the world. Same structure, same rules.
How it works
01
No two people from the same trade and market in one group. It is the only way owners talk honestly about pricing, margins, the customer who is killing them and the staff member who is not working out.
02
Fewer and there is not enough range in the room. More and the quiet ones stop talking, and the quiet ones are usually running the tightest businesses.
03
Thirty minutes where the group works on your business and nothing else. A real problem, seven owners plus Anit. Scheduled in advance, so you know when yours is coming.
04
Some things you will not say in a group. Two one-to-one sessions with Anit are built in, and nothing from them goes to the group unless you take it there.
Twelve sessions over six months, then month to month. Between sessions the group has its own channel, which is where a lot of the value ends up.
Inside a session
Each person commits in front of seven people who will remember. That single mechanism does more than anything else in the group.
20min
Each person says out loud whether they did what they said.
25min
One topic the group needs: pricing, hiring, cash, a system worth stealing.
60min
Thirty minutes each. A real problem, seven owners, and Anit.
15min
What you commit to now is what you are asked about next time.
The scorecard
Before you take a seat, we score the six areas of your business together, one-to-one, in ninety minutes. Then the six areas are re-scored every quarter. Almost every business improves the part it measures.

Why this group
Four of them. And for a lot of owners the group is the better product: seven other perspectives instead of one, and some of the sharpest advice will not come from Anit.
Regulated, rostered and audited. What compliance really costs in hours.
Quotes, variations, subcontractors and weather. Cash that arrives late.
What agencies charge for, and what it is actually worth.
Rosters, suppliers, thin margins, and the difference a bad Saturday makes.
When the constraint is a website, an enquiry process, follow-up sequences or a job system, Ascentix specialists can build it, instead of it going on a list you feel guilty about.
If one-to-one would suit you better, you will hear that on the call. Otherwise, the group stands on its own.

Common questions
Coaching is educational and motivational support. It is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and it is no substitute for your accountant, bookkeeper or lawyer. No outcome is guaranteed.
Thirty minutes, no cost, no obligation. We work out whether the group suits you, whether one-to-one would suit you better, and whether the seat you need is open.
